In 2016 The Rupert Foundation approached Camino Consulting to facilitate organisational development work in public schools in the Helderberg.
The Western Cape Education Department selected specific high schools to participate in this leadership development programme initiated by the Rupert Foundation. Some of the outcomes included:
- Leadership coaching with principals and deputies
- Strategic coaching
- Strategic plan development sessions
- Team health surveys and team development to reach functional Senior Management Teams (SMT’s)
- School competency model surveys
